Meet Monica
Monica brings creative vision and strategic thinking to luxury real estate. Specializing in the Island of Culebra, Puerto Rico, her family has lived there for over two decades, giving Monica an unparalleled, intimate understanding of the island's unique character and community.
With an MFA from USC's Film & Television Production program, Monica provides sophisticated visual storytelling and marketing expertise to her listings through professional photography and videography. As a licensed drone pilot, she creates captivating aerial views, helping to showcase the scope and beauty of these stunning island properties.
Outside of real estate, Monica is the author of The Cats of Old San Juan book series. The first novel, The Pirate’s Revenge, is currently available in bookstores
