Meet Rick Arroyo

Ricardo "Rick" Arroyo began his distinguished career in real estate in 2001, with a steadfast focus on quality being the most important aspect of any endeavor. A recognized figure in commercial real estate, Rick has participated in numerous esteemed transactions.

 

His notable achievement in 2003, collaborating with David Silverstein on The Foundry Lofts project in Jersey City, significantly bolstered Rick’s reputation - leading to ongoing partnerships with prominent principals and developers along the New Jersey Gold Coast.

 

Rick leads a talented team composed of seasoned engineers, architects, construction managers, certified project management experts and many other consummate professionals that known for their innovation, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction.

 

With over two decades of experience, Rick is adept in managing diverse real estate sectors, including residential, commercial office, retail and warehouse spaces. He is particularly proficient in residential real estate, consistently aligning client needs with optimal outcomes in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and other key markets. As a Broker Associate, and previously, Broker of Record, he contributes significantly to a reputable real estate firm, emphasizing excellence and value for homebuyers. Rick is an alumnus of New York University Stern School of Business, specializing in Real Estate Development.

 

He is a member of the Liberty Board of Realtors® and is fluent in English and Spanish.
